Sicuramente ci è piaciuta la posizione, super vicina alla Reggia, al centro, alla stazione autobus/treni. Ci è piaciuto molto anche che il sig. Pino ci abbia trovato un parcheggio convenzionato e custodito vicino.

La pulizia degli ambienti, il vasto assortimento degli alimenti per la colazione, la vicinanza alla Reggia di Caserta ed al centro storico. Personalmente ho apprezzato molto anche il self Check in: le istruzioni ricevute erano chiarissime. La disponibilità di Pino su WA a rispondere alle nostre richieste di informazioni (sui parcheggi, sulle pizzerie in zona, etc..) encomiabile

La macchina per caffè in cialde fa in pieno il proprio dovere, ma, non essendo un modello recentissimo, la procedura di avviamento è un po' macchinosa. Nulla di insormontabile, però un aggiornamento del modello secondo me è consigliabile

Appartamento accoglientissimo, vista sulla Reggia, posizione eccellente, cucina attrezzata, bagno rifornito di tutto il necessario, pulizia ottima. Bello trovare persino un piacevole assortimento di libri :) Assistenza e gentilezza del signor Pino eccezionali.

Esperienza ottima. Posizione centralissima, staff davvero molto disponibile, organizzato e gentile. La struttura era pulita e fornitissima per la colazione.

Due piccoli appunti: le molle del divano letto ed il frigo sono un po' rumorosi; la posizione è talmente centrale che è in piena ZTL
