Casa extremamente limpa, tudo brilhando e cheiroso. Cuidado especial nas toalhas e no café. Casa muito bem equipada. Contato super acessível com o Sr. e muito esclarecedor. Queríamos ter ficado mais.

We enjoyed this bright and spacious apartment.It was a short walk from the old town and very convenient to everything. It had everything we needed for our short stay. Check in/ out was easy and our host was accessible at all times .

The location was perfect. The apartment is very big. It was surprised. We Rent a car and find a parking place closely. Good communication with the owner. Hé was nice. The apartment is very clean.

Appartement grand et parfaitement équipé (3 lits doubles), arrivée et départ autonomes. Hôte réactif et très arrangeant. Vieille ville à 5 minutes à pieds. Parking possible gratuit et proche. Très lumineux.

Tutto, abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni presso questa struttura per passare il capodanno a Matera, posizione veramente ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, a pochi metri dall’appartamento c’é il Bar Schiuma che consigliamo anche vivamente per la colazione perché ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Per quanto riguarda la casa, molto grande, eravamo in 4 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, pulitissima e camere molto spaziose, il letto comodissimo e molto spazioso. Il proprietario si é reso disponibile fin da subito. Esperienza ottima.

L’appartamento di Francesco, host estremamente garbato, discreto e sempre disponibile, offre ogni comfort: è spazioso, accogliente e curato con grande attenzione anche nei più piccoli dettagli, incluse eleganti e sobrie decorazioni natalizie che rendono l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole. Francesco è inoltre una preziosa fonte di consigli e mette a disposizione un’ampia selezione di materiale informativo, pensata per soddisfare ogni esigenza e rendere il soggiorno davvero impeccabile. Perfetto!
