Locatia cu vedere superba la mare, curatenie, facilitati complete: tv, frigider, cuptor cu microunde, filtru cafea, plita. Statie de autobuz chiar vizavi de blocul unde se afla apartamentul, la distanta de 3-4 statii de oras, se ajunge foarte usor, sau alternativa pe jos, o plimbare placuta pe malul marii.
