Great location and check in. Takes some 20 min on foot to get to main attraction points. Good food places around. Separate entrance makes things easy

Breakfast was basic packaged croissants and bread , but one can cook there so not a big issue. Mattress is dated and developed a strong depression on the right side, may feel not so comfortable to sleep for some. Very noisy street, but what would you expect from central location. Shut windows is a must.

The room is very clean 10/10, with nice decoration. We had many towels, shampoo, shower gel and all necessary things, even iron machine. Host was very nice and helpfull. Location is fine, some 15-20 mins walking from Duomo.

Breakfast is absolutly disappointing. It sounds like a joke, but breakfast for 2 people is just 2 little empty croissants x 3 days. It's more like a snack then breakfast. Coffe machine was not working. So be prepared that you will buy something extra for breakfast. One of 4 days breakfast was in kiosk nearby, where you can expect small sweet pastry and cappuchino, which was better, but for someone who likes stronger breakfast not enough.

Francesca is a lovely host, she waited for us at the property to meet us and handed over the house keys. The house is spaceous and pleasant, a lot of effort went into decorating it nicely. There is a small fridge, it works and it’s clean from the inside. The floor also felt very clean, there is plenty of free parking around the square in the neighborhood. The apartment has a very small washing machine available as well, but we did not use it.

Although there is a small kitchen, there is not a lot of equipment to use. The bed matress didn’t offer a lot of support, we felt the bedframe as the matress was quite thin.

The apartment was good and clean close to the center 12-15 min.Francesca the owner she was very friendly and gave us some good tips about the beach also she gave us her phone nr in case we need any help. If you driving there you can find free parking close by the apartment.

Good location, a little walk to the city center, and there is a free parking nearby. There is a little kitchen with a coffee machine and washing machine. The owner doesn’t speak English but it wasn’t a problem for us Good place for a short stay if you want to enjoy the city, or travel around it.

Płace is a bit dark - just one widow that is covered since it is on the ground floor and you can’t open it. There is also some street noise. The bed is a bit uncomfortable.

The bed it was big, we can sleep with the baby together (the crib it wasn't at the property). It has hot water and the room is big enough.

The receipt, because we had the flight in the evening and we arrived late, nobody was there and when I tried to contact the person from the property, he didn't answer. I saw late only some messages on the booking page, no massage on the phone or on the WhatsApp. We stayed in the front of the property around 30 minutes, with baby at 23 o'clock and we didn't know exactly if someone will come or not. The entrance is hard with the stroller, the room was very cold, even more with a baby, the little stuff for eat from the kitchen were expired and no decent duvet to cover us, only that design thing from the pictures. It was very cold and for this price it was better to not come here. In the next days in our trip we stay worried to not catch a cold our baby. And beside all, the owner didn't know English.

Comfortable and reasonably clean. There were towels, shampoo and shower gels available. The area seemed safe even at night, although it was quite far away from the train station(40 min walking from Catania Centrale, 18 min walking from Piazza del Duomo). The owner and the person who let us in were friendly, altough neither spoke english(we managed to communicate by using Google Translate and sign language without problems).

The water(both cold and warm) would shut off at around 11 PM. We were told that the boiler would switch into protection mode due to the low flow rate of water during the night. The shower wasn't the cleanest and it's doors didn't fully close, meaning water would spill out. Be mindful that you will have to provide a photo of your ID and pay the turist tax(we paid 12€ for 2 people over 3 nights).

The location was very good, only 12-15 minutes walking to Piazza del Duomo. Nearby the apartment, there are free parking places, very safe. There is also a small petrol station at 200 meters, which is very convenient if you arrive late and need petrol.

You cannot open the window since the apartment is on the ground floor and the window overlooks the street. Meanwhile, the wi-fi modem was put on the night-stand and we could not unplug it because it also serves other 3 apartments.
