"A challenging start, but a wonderful visit."

The apartment included everything described. It was comfortable. The wifi was excellent. The location was perfect for easily accessing the historic center.

Touchless check-in was difficult because my Iphone would not connect to the internet using cellular data. That made check in frustrating. After resetting my phone, I was able to retrieve the text message with all the important information, but it has left me wary of the process. We have since purchased an Italian international SIM card, which has resolved the issue.
