Location is wonderful. Very large apartment

We had difficulty opening the door. Owner is neglectful responding.

Location was fantastic

It was dark and rundown. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We could not park anywhere near the place. Many stairs to climb.

The location is superb, right in the heart of historic Ortigia. Really good value, clean comfortable, well equipped, with lots of information in booklets.

Only one shower for multiple beds but was described as a 2 bathroom ( it did have 2 toilets) Also ,the price was advertised as 3 bedroom apartment with multiple beds but we were charged additional for 3 rd person .

The location

The booking did not detail the lengthy and steep staircase. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and only drips of water in the shower and we were not able to take a shower. You need more than 1/2 roll of toilet paper!!!!!!!

The location was exceptional and the apartment ENORMOUS. A wonderful location to entertain a family with a massive kitchen.

Unfortunately, we lost Wifi/Internet service for three days during our stay which made working remotely nearly impossible. The property owner did inform us that this was due to a downed antenna and they attempted to keep us updated regarding repairs. We both work remotely, so highly-reliable internet/Wifi is imperative to have wherever we stay. Otherwise, we loved the property.

The apartment is on Ortigya's prettiest street... at the heart of everything but perfectly quiet once you're inside. There's plenty space, the air con works really well (a must for August!), the kitchen is excellently stocked with cooking utensils etc., and there are plenty towels. There's a folder full of useful information about what to do, the history, bus times, etc. Also, our host was fantastically helpful with parking info. As was Geantano who met us on arrival... he gave us fab tips for what to see, whete to shop locally, etc. Thank you both.

There's only 1 shower and it's accessed via the double bedroom. Although the apartment easily accommodated 5 of us, the 1 shower wasn't ideal. Minor drawback to a marvellous apartment!

Great location

Old fashioned apartment, not inspiring at all. We had no hot water in the morning. 🥲
