Quite place with the sound of birds singing, view to the mountains, beautiful yard and terrace. The apartments were exceptionally clean, fully equipped and cozy. We've been especially happy about kids beds - they were made so thoughtfully, it made our hearts melt. Kids loved that!

Everything! Excellent apartment in a quiet suburb of Riva. 3 supermarkets in walking distance. Tourist card provided free bus and train travel. We did not use them, as we cycled everywhere on the excellent network of tracks and on road lanes The owner Livio, was a very kind and helpful person, keen that our stay was perfect. It was! Everything in the place was of excellent quality and exceptionally clean. Very well equipped in all respects. Comfortable bed and plenty of storage space, plus excellent bathroom facilities and lots of towels. The garden was very well kept and the private seating areas just perfect. The second apartment was completely separate with its own garden and seating. A bonus was the secure off street parking. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Very clean, comfortable apartment super equipped with everything you could possibly need: washing machine, dishwasher... Brilliant location, close to everything but still quiet to get a good sleep.

The apartment is located between Riva and Arco. it’s very convenient to go to both cities, by car, bicycle or on foot (20 mins to go to Riva). Plenty of shops near by (supermarket, gelato, wine and olive oil, electric bike rental), it’s very convient. The apartment is equipped with everything and it’s perfectly cleaned, it’s the place you feel like to chill out and relax. Livio is one of the best host we’ve ever met. He is very thoughtful and responsive. When we told him that we needed a second fan for our kids during the night, he bought us a new one right away. Every time we asked a question, we got a response/ advice almost immediately. We definitely will visit Riva again thanks to this great experience.

The apartment was a good size and really well equipped with a lovely terrace and garden area to sit out. The host was very friendly, met us on arrival and checked we were ok with everything. There was a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, etc etc.

The only reason I haven’t given a score of 10 is that there was no air conditioning (fans were provided though) and the location was about 20 minutes walk to the town of Riva - but I knew this before I went so this is not a complaint, my family like to walk so it wasn’t a big problem but may be a consideration for others. However the apartment is great value for the price and I would recommend it.
