The farm was an absolute delight. Adorable animals all extremely friendly, healthy and secured well. The property was secure and safe. A beautiful homely Italian feel to the rooms in the house. The kitchen was equipped well with all utensils required to cook, clean and wash up. Washing machine worked well. Beds were comfortable with extra blankets available if needed. Plenty of storage for clothes. The supermarket was a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of parking.

Salvatore is the best host ever! For us, the proximity to the main road was not a problem, because we intended to spend the week travelling around , but may be an issue if you wanted a chill out kind of holiday. We loved the orto surrounding the house, the beautiful fruit and veg, with which Salvatore was so generous! Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was nice to have such a cosy sitting room to relax in after a busy day. Salute, Salvatore!

The mosquitos - my ankles looked like a war zone! Can't be helped, specially in September. The busy road may be a problem if you were not travelling around, but surprisingly quiet at night.

The house is very nice. I recommend it for a family, we were 6 comfortably in the house. Salvatore is an incredible host who gave us fresh tomatoes and other vegetables from his garden. The garden is also available to guests. In the property you can feel you are in the countryside at few minutes from Siena city centre, you can conveniently catch the bus at only 200m from the house. You can also find a good supermarket in less than 5km.

The house is typical Tuscan house, but fully equipped. The access is easy from the main road. Salvatore is the best host. When we arrived, there were bottles of water and beer in the fridge. He also gave us tomatoes froms his garden, plums, olive oil. Totally recommendable.
