Spacious, well equipped and handily positioned apartment with aircon in both bedrooms. Excellent location: 5-10 minutes walk away from many bars and restaurants; 15-20minutes walk to all city centre attractions; 15 minutes walk from the railway station, with links to the airport and many other cities. Helpful hosts easily contactable via WhatsApp. Building has a small lift.

Very well equipped, large apartment. Plenty of space and storage. Communication is very clear; Francesco provided useful instructions during check-in. Very comfortable beds, air-con works great. Location is ideal to discover the city on foot or to have day-trips from Central Station. Supermarket ("PAM") at the corner and a larger one ("CONAD") a bit further - we could get fresh and tasteful local food easily. Great restaurants and bars with moderate prices within 5-10min walk.

Other guests mentioned the small shower (it is manageable, but could be a problem with larger stature) and the lack of waste collection options (small, selective bins) in the apartment. But...there is a drink pub across the street! Local youngsters partying on the street until 2:30-3AM each night. And after it, the bar staff emptied their glass bins into the street containers at 4AM with such a sound blast that we wake up each night - even with closed windows and sleeping earplugs. Nothing foreshowed that such a quiet street could be such a nightmare at night! Due to this, it was difficult to have a good sleep.

The apartment has absolutely everything you need! The location was great. In one word wonderful 😊

In no particular order: the apartment was large, clean, well-sited for both touring and eating out, there was ample storage, the WiFi was excellent, we appreciated the personal walk-through, communications from host were excellent, the building has an elevator, the dishwasher and clothes washer were appreciated, as was the indoor drying rack for clothes. There are plenty of dishes and glasses to use, and adequate pantry items.

Very minor issues: the walk-through could have explained more about how the mechanical devices function, and the kitchen, though well appointed, is not well enough lit and is hard to maneuver in (but this is Bologna, you're not going to do much cooking for yourself!). The typical European shower is too small by North American standards, but you get used to it.

Shower was so small I could barely fit. It was also located across from a late night bar which made it loud until 2am.

The location was great, 10-15 minutes walk into town or to the station. A little supermarket around the corner.

Nice apartment with lift to 3rd floor. Shower could do with upgradeding beds very comfy. Local area had eateries. A 20 min walk from the station. Nice park local with outdoor cafe. A further 15 to 20 min walk to main town we got lost a bit. Then finally found the true bologna.
