Great location, clean, easy access to public transport to get around. Spacious apartment with high ceilings and good neighbourhood views.

Equipment level was very basic. On arrival there were no Kitchen Knives nor a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine. Both were provided next day. Washing machine was broken and internet service was very poor. The feeling was an owner that was not willing to invest to make sure customer experience was important.

The accommodation is extremely well-located a few hundred meters from the major attractions of Palermo. Our host was responsive throughout the stay and the apartment was quite clean. The style of the apartment reflects the classic decoration of Mediterranean interiors and it is super equipped, which further facilitates the stay. The view from the balcony is very pleasant and the multiple ventilation options as well as air conditioning allow for maintaining a cool living space regardless of the external temperature. Numerous public transport options and shops and bars/restaurants are nearby. I recommend without hesitation!

The outside noise and mosquitoes can be an obstacle to a good night's sleep. However, this is a common problem throughout Palermo, not due to the accommodation.

Good communication with the owner. Responded very quickly to any questions. Allowed me to leave my bags prior to check in. Large spacious apartment in an excellent location. Just out of the main busy tourist area but within easy walking distance. Close to the bus stop for the airport and also the ferry terminal.. Had everything I needed for a three night stay.
