My family loved the atmosphere of this place. Not too far from any kind of shipping needs while being far enough to not feel like you're in a city. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

"Charming stay in San Miniato!"

This was such a lovely find! We had more than enough space as a family of four. Kitchen was well stocked and our hosts were lovely. Would definitely return, even if we don’t walk the via francigena again!

The location is super great! Free car parking is near around more than one place. Property was very clean and welcoming, there was a water in the fridge and croissants on the shelf.

The walls were very thin and you can hear every word of the neighbour, also in the bedroom there were no mobile connection at all but the property offered WiFi, so it did not bothered us.

"Pleasant"

Our host was friendly and guided us to a free parking area a few hundred metres away were we luckily found a parking spot. The apartment was clean and sufficient for an overnighter. Check-out was easy, location was good.

The apartment doesn´t look as modern and bright as on the photos, the bed seemed dated and the mattress was hard. There were very loud conversations in the room above the bedroom, impossible for us to sleep while they lasted. One hiccup for us was that we were not aware we were expected to call the host 30 minutes before arrival - this is very important as the host doesn`t live at the property and there is nobody who speaks English, can tell you where to park or let you into the apartment. We don`t have international roaming and missed that email with the information that just popped in on the day of arrival while we were traveling. SMS would be better at short notice. The town itself is nice if it`s on your way, but not worth a big detour in our opinion.
