San Carlo Apartment

Immaculately clean, tastefully furnished - not the IKEA look you find in so many Airbnb’s, beautiful beds, positioned on a quiet courtyard but literally around the corner from everything you want. Elise was super responsive and helpful. We had the best meal we’ve had in Italy at the restaurant Pasqauale on the courtyard below the apt. It may not look much but the food and the service was amazing .

No negatives.

Very comfortable for 2 people. We didn’t cook but there were enough kitchen items if we wanted to. Location in old town was very convenient to attractions and specifically the wall.

No strong objections with anything.

There was some construction on while we were there downstairs . It would have been nice to be told that ahead of time . But we would of still stayed as beautiful place and host

It was a beautiful apartment in the center of Lucca. The host was exceptional, and was available at all times! The apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely stay herr again if i go back to Lucca!

The location was exceptional, you literally drop into the little streets and plazas. The apartment looks really cute.

It's a bit smaller honesltly than it looked in the pictures. Quite crowded with five people inside. Beds aren't super comfortable as well.

As central a location as is possible. Comfortable with everything necessary for a lovely stay.

The location was fantastic, within the heart of Lucca, yet very quiet. The apartment was nicely appointed, clean and very comfortable. Elisa was easy to communicate with and the entry instructions were clear. We had a wonderful stay in Lucca!

It would be nice to have A/C in the second bedroom as it was very hot when we stayed and the A/C from the lounge struggled to make it to the second bedroom.

Wonderful apartment. The location is fabulous, inside a beautiful courtyard, so no street noise (as I have experienced staying in other areas of Lucca). Just the murmur of the beautiful restaurant in the courtyard. You're a hop, skip and a jump from the main squares. The apartment was very well appointed and the beds super-comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings.

Apartment was clean, spacious and the manager met us at the apartment and help set up internet, TV and A/C. She also walked me to the nearest supermarket to buy coffee and milk. Make reservations at restaurants, do not take a chance to just get in. Pasqualino's is right outside apartment door & it is the best restaurant in the city! Perfect location to everything, Lucca is one the most charming cities in Italy, Great Wall for walking everyday, and food fantastic. Walking distance from train station and bus is 15 minutes. Took the bus to Pisa and Viareggio & both worth the trips.

I can not think of one thing I didn't like about Lucca.
