Great balcony, very clean and comfortable - everything we needed for our stay. Easy walk to old town, supermarket just around the corner. Private garage an added bonus.

Nothing - it was all good

It is a bit difficult to define what pleased us most. The warm and personal reception by Antonella and Pamela, who (inadvertently) had been waiitng for us for over an hour, was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself left nothing to be desired: it has a nice personal, very maritime, touch in furniture, paintings and books. Everything is perfectly in working order, good beds and an extensively equipped kitchen. To top it of: a nice terrace with a splendid look over the harbour. A better location would be hard to find !

The apartment is light, very spacious, and well- equipped. We loved the lovely balcony, a bath tub, and the private garage for our hire-car. Antonella was very helpful, meeting us and guiding us into the garage. We had forgotten to hand in the keys from the previous hotel, and she posted them for us. The apartment is a little way from the old town, a 10 -minute walk, but it is pleasant along the marina.

We would have appreciated some easy chairs on the balcony, and some stations in English on the TV.

We stayed at Vest House 45 in June 23. What a modern, well looked after and spacious apartment…kitted out with all that you could need and more for a stay in Alghero. This included beach umbrella and beach mats (which are needed if visiting La Pelosa Beach in Stintino - don’t forget to book!). Details matter and so many many things have been thought of! I like to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of pots and pans; there was even tupperware for your beach sandwiches 🙂. As the apartment is on the top floor (there is a lift) the view from the balcony at sunset on a clear day is to die for; just 10 minutes walk from town and central bus stops, with a welcoming, local and non-raucous coffee bar/gelateria/restaurant just downstairs which was open until 11pm. A good local supermarket is just a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to town for supplies. Couldn’t write this review without mentioning our host and her husband. For us they made our holiday. Deeply passionate about us having a great stay; on tap to help as required with just a moments notice but yet not intrusive. A big big thanks. We hope to return!!

The apartment is fantastic - nice, spacious, extremely well equipped /the best equipped apartment I've ever been in - there were all appliances, a dishwasher, a washing machine, detergents, household dishes, tableware and glasses, enough towels and everything you need/. The owner is very kind and helpful. She understood that I don't know Italian and brought a girl who spoke English so that we could easily understand each other. The location of the apartment, its proximity to the beach, to the old town, to restaurants and shops, the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the equipment and the kindness of the owner are just some of the things that I liked. The best part was the wonderful terrace overlooking the marina, from which we watched the beautiful sunsets every night.

Everything was excellent. There is nothing I don't like.

The owner met us on arrival with an interpreter. They gave us a brief show around pointing out the essential facilities and bin collection details. They also left us with a list of the best restaurants and beaches in the area.

The comfy seating area only really seats three. It would be nice if the terrace area had some sunbathers to sit on.

Very spacious and confortable apartment, well equiped, feeling like home. Amazing view, especially during sunset. Antonella was taking care not to miss anything, very flexible with all our asks.

In the night the amusement park located opposite to the appartment was a little bit noisy, otherwise everything was perfect, overall exceeding our expectations!
