Was close to the beach, and had shops nearby, small ones at least. It's an expensive area though, so although the apartment itself had quite a low price, the surrounding area is 40% more expensive for everything than the rest of Sardinia so you end up spending the same money anyway as you would being in a much nicer apartment in a less expensive area.

the kitchen cooking stove ran out of gas after first cooking, the showers shot out blasts of burning hot water every 30 seconds when trying to take a shower, the power supply was weak so we couldn't run more than one appliance at a time, and the TV didn't work. And there was no WI-FI.
