Erinomainen sijainti, siisti ja korkeatasoinen huone

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Kulturelle Einrichtungen, Cafes, Restaurants in großer Zahl fußläufig erreichbar (weniger als 100 Meter zur Arena). Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Geräumige und gut ausgestattet (insbesondere auch die Küche). Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Der Vermieter (Alberto) war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und bemüht um seine Gäste.

外の騒音が気にならない。センスが良い。アリーナでオペラを聴く為に借りた。

First of all, the location is unbeatable - minutes from the arena. Secondly Alberto is a lovely gentleman. He waited patiently when our travel delays made our arrival later and later.

The apartment has been beautifully renovated but there are a few negatives. The kitchen was lovely but there were no cooking utensils and no wine glasses. Strangely only one device could connect to the WiFi at anytime. Finally. I have never stayed anywhere where I had to pay for a teabag or a coffee pod. Sorry Alberto but that is just mean.
