La facilité de l’accessibilité et le professionnalisme du propriétaire. Appartement fonctionnel, les produits de base lorsqu’on arrive: huile vinaigre, sel….gazinière, micro ondes, rien ne manque. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le lave-vaisselle ni la machine à laver. Le matelas est confortable, le mobilier minimaliste mais néanmoins suffisant et la propreté exemplaire. Mais ce qui accroît l’aspect positif est la situation remarquable et le calme malgré le restaurant situé au dessous qui respecte le silence à 23 heures.

Rien. Petit détail qu’Il faut intégrer, c’est une dénivellation au milieu de la cuisine.

O locatie excelenta, chiar in centrul istoric, foarte spatioasa, curatenie foarte buna, dotarea apartamentului cu tot ce ai nevoie. Daca revin in Bologna cu siguranta o sa rezerv aceasta proprietate. Gazda forte prompta si receptiva.

Exceptional in every way, exactly as shown in the photos, no hidden surprises. Perfect location, there's everything you need in the flat, nice and cosy.

The connection gets lost so it's impossible to make a phone call. However, that's very common in Bologna due to old and very thick walls.

Everything necessary was available, everything functional, well-kept and very clean. Well fitted out with washing machine, dishwasher, the lot. The weather was poor but the apartment was warm. Marco the host was always available, though we never met.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. We got a nice welcome gift. The location was very quiet. The location was excellent, you can do anything you want to do and you need very little travel time. It is in the heart of downtown.

The beds are very hard.

Totul înafara de 1 singur lucru ce este legat de căldură.

Partea de căldură pe care nu am putut sa o controlam. Este controlat la distanta de proprietar . Nu neapărat a fost rău dar noaptea era oprită caldura și ziua bubuia. Poți să îi scrii și el da drumul la căldură dar nu este foarte confortabil 🙏
