"Soggiorno fantastico, a due passi dalle terme e dal centro di Merano e dai mercatini di Natale."

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro ed i mercatini di Natale, a due passi dalle terme. Per la prima volta ho trovato un letto stracomodo, cosa che non è quasi mai successa nei viaggi che abbiamo fatto!

"Zentrumsnahes Apartment in Meran"

Die wunderbare Lage Nahe Stadtzentrum und Merantherme. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und lag in einer verkehrsberuhigten Seitenstraße. Zwei Balkone waren vorhanden und man hat daher keinen Straßenlärm mitbekommen.

Enge Garage. Umständlich zu bedienen mit 2 unterschiedlichen Codes. Wäre man allein, wüsste man sich nicht zu helfen.

Alles digital und sehr einfach ein- und auszuchecken. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Ruhige Lage trotz Mitbewohner über uns.

Bäume machen Schatten, aber schön. Deswegen wird es erst heller in den Sonnenstunden

Die Lage zur Stadt

Die Wohnung ist ein dunkles Loch durch die EG Lage und viel zu kalt,da man die Heizung nicht regeln darf lt.Anweisung des Eigentümers.Im Herbst,Winter und Frühjahr nicht zu empfehlen.Insgesamt zu teuer.
