Great location and clean.

A localização era excelente. Em uma curta caminhada, você chega ao calçadão com a praia, restaurantes e lojas.

There were many aspects of the stay that I didn’t like. The check-in process was extremely inconvenient. After a long and exhausting journey, I arrived late at night and had to pick up the keys from a box, but the set provided didn’t even work for the building’s gates. I had to wait for the host to come from Rapallo with another set of keys. Even then, the host only opened the gate and left, without properly welcoming us or showing us the apartment, which I found very disappointing. The building has no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up two flights of stairs to the second floor was tiring. The apartment also lacked proper cleanliness: the bathtub was dirty upon arrival, there were no trash bags, and guests are expected to take out their own garbage, which is unusual considering the cleaning fee charged. The comfort was also limited. There were very few power outlets in the room, there was no air conditioning, and I couldn’t identify if there was any heating available. The furniture and appliances seemed quite old, and when I tried to use what looked like a portable air conditioner, it didn’t work. Finally, unlike other places I stayed, this property not only charged the city tax but also blocked an additional amount on my card as a deposit. Overall, the apartment served its basic purpose for a short stay.

The location of the property was outstanding as it was walking distance to many places.

The worst thing about the place was its bed mattress and sheets. Super uncomfortable. All the stuff in the apartment was the cheapest possible materials, including the shower, beds, TV, and fan. The pictures are way nicer than the actual place.

A környék nagyon szép, kár, hogy a szállásadó nem nőtt fel ehhez.

Egyértelműen a szállásadók. Minden szuper lett volna, ha nem okoz csalódást az, hogy nem foglalkoznak a vendégek kérésével. Az elején azt mondják, hogy mindenben segítenek, de a gyakorlatban ez másként van. Elromlott a hűtő első nap végén, és képtelenek voltak megoldást találni rá a nyaralásunk végéig. Csak hitegettek. Amikor pedig információt kértünk a helyi buszközlekedéssel kapcsolatban, még válaszra se méltattak. Mindezeket tették úgy, hogy egyáltalán nem veszekedtünk velük, csak normálisan kértük őket. Ezért nem javaslom ezt a szállásadót.

LOVE the location.. so close to the water yet quiet and lush with greenery. This was a home base for a few quiet days amongst a busy trip. It was exactly what we hoped for. We had issues with the key, and they came and helped right away. Thank you!

Some small maintenance needed... would 100% still stay again though. We booked for a homey relaxing break in a great location...which it delivered.
