Casa Filomena

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Ischia. The hosts picked us up from the port, and were always available to assist with anything and everything. It is in a cute town, with the shops and restaurants only a few minutes away on foot. There is also a supermarket about 10mins walk away. The buses are less than 5min walk away and will take you to the bigger towns and attractions around the island.

Great location and traditional style of property. Loved the terrace for breakfast al fresco. Had everything we needed and the lift to and from the port were much appreciated . Hosts were so friendly and helpful.

Everything was beyond expectations! An extremely pleasant week. Excellent hosts who picked us up from the port and led us to our departure. They gave us extremely useful advice.

The hosts came to the port to pick us up (and they also took us to the port the day we left), which was extremely kind of them and really convenient for us, as it is situated in Casamicciola Terme, a small village a few kilometers from the main port in Ischia, and they gave us plenty of information about the island and the things to do there. The apartment is roomy, clean and comfortable, and it's situated in an extremely quiet street. It even has a private and spacious yard with table, chairs and a clothing line. There are some useful basic food items in the kitchen (oil, sugar, coffee, vinegar, ketchup, pastries…), and more dishes, pans and cutlery that you usually find in this kind of apartments. Casamicciola Terme is a nice and quaint village, quieter than the main villages in Ischia, but with everything you may need (bars, shops, restaurants…) and the bus that takes you to the rest of the island is very close to the apartment.

We really liked the hosts, they were extremely to responsive to any question or concern we had. They also gave lots of great recommendations for everything we asked about. The apartment was really comfortable, we especially appreciated how large the kitchen and bedroom were. The balconies were also great. The location couldn’t have been better, we were near to good restaurants, gelato, the beach and the ring road on the island yet the place felt private. We also loved that there was a place to park our car. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

Clean and large apartment, equipped with all we needed. Beautiful terrace. Quiet location but close to the bus stop, good pizzeria, and pastry shop/café house. Very friendly and helpful owners.
