La posizione è pazzesca, letteralmente a un minuto dal mare e sul corso principale, ad un battito avete tutti i servizi principali. L’ambiente è ben raffreddato dall’aria condizionata: ad Agosto a Cefalù direi che essenziale. Tutto sommato la struttura era abbastanza pulita. Il letto matrimoniale è in realtà un divano letto che si apre in cucina (non è il massimo, ma dalle foto in fase di prenotazione si vede e quindi è ok). La casa in sé è comoda e ottima per un soggiorno breve. Ottima e abbondante la fornitura di asciugamani.

Il portone è veramente angusto per entrare (se avete uno zaino e un trolley non ci passate, dovete sganciare anche l’altra mezza porta) e l’ambiente per raggiungere l’appartamento è angusto e umido. La fase di check in deludente: l’uomo al cellulare mi ha detto prima che potevamo fare il check in alle 11, poi subito dopo no, alle 12 (ma è ok perché comunque le condizioni erano quelle alla prenotazione, ma perché illuderci di poterlo fare prima?). Inoltre non si è presentato (sebbene alla mia chiamata abbia detto “5 minuti e vi vengo ad aprire) e si sia presentata un’altra persona, tornando dal mare, chiaramente infastidita. Le nostre comunicazioni sono avvenute con questa donna, che non penso sia il gestore. Abbiamo usufruito inoltre della cucina e vi avviso che c’è l’induzione, ma di tutte le pentole e padelle provate sui fornelli ad induzione ne funzionava soltanto una, il che ha reso la preparazione di un piatto di pasta un’esperienza.

Few steps from everything - promenade, beach, city center, restaurants, convenient and turist shops. Quiet during the nights given the location.

The beds (mattresses) were terrible. Very basicly equipped kitchen. Smell in the common hall. Could be more clean. Beware you cannot reach the appartment by car.

Grate location, nice place for a short stay.

No WIFI or we haven’t asked about it, the pan doesn’t fit the induction cooker, the lady from the shop on the ground floor all the time asked to get the wet clothes out from the balcony but there is no washing machine or any options to dry clothes inside.

Close to shops and a fruit shop below, walk to the beach and cafe duomo.

The main perk is location - you are in the heart of old town, several steps from the great sandy beach with unique views to raw of ancient houses and a huge cliff behind.

Other side of staying in downtown - morning noise of cleaning machines and activity of shops owners. Stairs to apartment are narrow and might not be suitable for everyone. Main (double) bed is a foldable sofa located in dining room. Other 2 beds are separate, standing by walls. Rest of the things are easy to fix - no wi-fi, no electric kettle to make a tea (by the way, use better bottled water for it) and no pan fitting induction stove (we provided direct feedback to hosts on this).

It was such a great location. Check in was very flexible, we arrived earlier than anticipated at 11.30am and we were able to drop our bags in the apartment and head out while they finished preparing for us.
