Die Müllsammelstelle direkt neben dem Haus erzeugt viel Lärm und wenig Urlaubsfeeling. Die Küche winzig und viele Töpfe nicht brauchbar, weil nicht für Induktion geeignet. Sitzgelegenheit zum draußen Sitzen nicht vorhanden. Der Preis für diese Apartement ist zu hoch!!!

We stayed here before, so we knew what to expect. Excellent location for access to Dolonne cable car, both in winter for skiing and in summer for biking. Convenient parking next to the entrance. The kitchen is tiny, hot water comes through the boiler, but good value for what you pay for. Probably ideal for 1-2 people, a bit of a stretch for staying with the kids.

As all the trash must be sorted out, I would appreciate having the corresponding containers in the kitchen (in most Italian places we stayed this year, this was the case). Having some sort of a simple garden table and chairs outdoors would be great.

Proximity to Dolonne ski lift

The communication with the manager was flawless. The parking is right in the courtyard, easy for loading/off-loading. There's plenty of light, and our kids loved the second-level bed (like all the kids, I suppose). The windows open on both sides of the apartment, which is great for the summer (no need in the air-co, beautiful fresh air!). The street is pretty quiet, not a major road, which allows for great sleep. The kitchen is well-stuffed with pans and utensils, the dishwasher is modern and easy to use. The dining table is perfect for feeding everyone in one go. I felt like the hosts take care to maintain the house at a proper level. We loved it as the base for our skiing days, and I suspect it also works great as the base for the hiking and biking trips. The Dolonne cable care is just a short walk away – use the smaller streets, not the main road, and you'll walk through the small village houses, a real pleasure.

Not a complaint, but advise to fellow guests: if you'll use GPS coordinates like me to get there... you arrive at a street that has two HOTEL signs on both sides. What you need is to drive 50 meters further, and there next to a big fir tree, on your right, you will see the parking barrier, and beyond – the house that you need.
