Incredible stay in this beautiful cave like loft! Amazing location and great value. Would stay again!!!

Perfectly located accommodation in Bari Vecchia, close to a lot of restaurant, pasticcerias and historic places. 18 minutes walk to the train station. Easy to collect the keys in a small box outside. Amazing appartment, really spacious, nicely decorated and furnished. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed, plenty of plates, glasses, cups, wine openers. We got some coffee capsules to use and it was just enough. Towels, blankets, haidryer, additional pillows, everything was there. Very nice bathroom, hot water, good ventilation, nothing to complain there. The couch was easy to convert into a bed. Although there are no windows there is a door to a small patio so possible to ventilate the place if needed. Wifi was quick and reliable. The owner was quite quick to reply and to switch on heaters when needed.

I must say that getting around the mezzanine with the double bed was quite tricky since the arched ceiling is quite low. Young and healthy people will manage but it could be hard for someone a little less agile. That being said there are two sleeping couches on the ground floor so one can just opt to sleep there without climbing to the mezzanine :) The heaters are controlled by an app so we couldn't turn them on and off ourselves, we needed to contact the owner every time it was getting chilly, but Gaetano responded quite quickly every time so it was ok.

It's an amazing place inside the old city of Bari! It had everything we needed and very good quality of equipment, washing machine, dish washer and the whole kitchen. At total the very cozy and intelligent decoration combined with the stone was perfect. The whole apartment was an inspiration of home art. The bathroom was very well designed and the bed and sofas more than comfortable. We liked that everything was clean. Last but not least, given that all the houses in the old city are full of humidity, they managed to keep the humidity in the apartment at the minimum(so that you don't feel anything), and that needs a lot of effort. We intend to come again to Bari and to stay longer at Casa Petra. We really enjoyed the apartment. Thank you very much!!!

Only a kind suggestion: if the washing machine could also dry the clothes, the apartment would be perfect to stay for the whole year, without any limitations.

The atmosphere and the way it is designed. It is chic, with good taste. Plenty of spaces to sleep, really nice kitchen. Very well situated in the old town, just 3 min walk to the sea side. Good communication with the host

I am sorry to say, but the cleanness was not what i expected. I might be harsh, but with a baby wondering, crawling, i have seen his clothes and socks getting dirty in 30 min. Also, the feeling that i am trapped, as the only natural light comes from an interior closed yard, and compared to the size of the place, it is too little.

Very spacious perfect location in the heart of the old town very close to bars and restaurants etc. Well equipped kitchen with a washing machine (one of the reasons we chose) which was great half way through a 3 week trip.

The property listed air con but there wasnt any and the bedroom on the mezzanine was too low to stand up in. Due to being semi basement there was hardly any natural light and it smelt a bit musty,

Perfect location in the middle of the old city, all tourist attractions in Bari on walking distance. The appartment looks nice and is full equipped, good kitchen

The aeration of the appartment, especially the bathroom is very limited, no windows present. This is resulting in a moisty room that is not convenient for a good sleep
