GM Apartment

Great value for money and spacious apartment just over the river from the historic center of Verona. self check-in via lock-box and a responsive host who let us check in a bit early so we could shower (we were on a cycle trip).

Slightly older furnishings, but it worked quite well. It is also above a bar, but we didn't find that a problem at night while sleeping.

Communication from the host was great. Apartment had almost everything you could need and was clean and comfortable

Traffic noise was always present and quite loud, but thats the only drawback...part of why the location was so good.

Could have some more kitchen tools/in better shape ones. Its the only thing. The noise is a reality but for us was ok.

The stay at the apartment was great. Was only 5 blocks away for the main Square. The host was very king with us and the Apartment is great and big.

Very loud noise from the traffic and the bar downstairs persist until very late at night. Ear plugs are a must if you decide to stay here.

Very friendly host. Good location - very near to the centre of Verona, without being right in the middle of all the noise (although, it is above a bar).

We visited in August, when it was very warm - the apartment did have an aircon unit in the bedroom, but it was extremely loud! So we'd recommend ear plugs. The flat also smelt a little like cigarette smoke, which for a nonsmoker, is a little irritating.
