Patrizia is really friendly person, I was there much earlier and she didn't make any problems with early check in. Place was clean. Food Shop and bus stop is close apartment.

The host was very kind and the apartment had whatever that we needed, the supermarket is very close as well

if you would like to walk to the center, the location is not the best, we needed to walk for one hour go and back

The appartment was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Very kind hosts.

A bit far from the city center but all the necessary stuffs are accessible nearby, and there are some city buses that can easily bring you downtown and around
