Posizione, la doccia carina e molto spaziosa, ben accessoriato

Un po' di cattivo odore in bagno e il condizionatore rumoroso

Super in centro, accogliente e ben disposta

La struttura è al centro di Torino, si raggiunge tutto a piedi tra piazze, musei, stazione e ristoranti, ha tutte le comodità come un divano, tante prese, tv, letti comodi, cucina, balcone, bagno, la casa dispone di asciugamani puliti, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, sapone, nella cucina ci sono piatti, bicchieri e tutti gli utensili, poi ha anche dei ventilatori, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, di tutto, potrebbero essere utensili più moderni però funzionano ancora bene, il personale con cui ho parlato è sempre stato super disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto per dare una soluzione e ad assisterci, ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

Purtroppo ci sono delle pecche come la mancanza di un ascensore, ci sono davvero tante scale, poi le pentole vanno cambiate perché sono rovinate, va a finire che venga cucinato anche il fondo sfregato, nel bagno l’intonaco del muro è un po’ mal ridotto e cade a terra, poi, la doccia perde un po’ d’acqua ma è gestibile, quando ho soggiornato io c’erano dei cantieri in corso letteralmente fuori la finestra da entrambe i lati del palazzo e c’erano davvero tanti rumori di prima mattina anche se non è colpa di nessuno, i lavori vanno fatti. Per il resto tutto ok!

The communication with the host has been great. Received clear instructions to collect the keys and do the check in and check out. The location of the apartment is amazing. Very central and close to bars and restaurants and few minutes (walking) away from the city center. Big living room, big kitchen and nice bathroom fully euipped. The apartment is really beautiful and spacious and also quiet as it's facing the courtyard and it's on the third floor so there is no noise.

Unfortunately this week has been extremely and unexpectedly hot in Turin, with temperature around 35 degrees and not having the AC in the apartment has been challenging during the night. The bed is located under the roof so it was very warm. The host gave us two fans to use and it improved the situation a bit but still I had to move downstairs to sleep and keep all windows open to have some air circulation. In the living room the temperature was perfect even without fan, keeping the windows open on both sides. The only issue is on the floor above where the bed is as the temperature tends to be higher and there are no windows.
