L'appartamento è molto vicino all'ospedale.

L'appartamento era sporco, c'era ancora la spazzatura dei vecchi inquilini. La tavoletta del bagno era assente e il pulsante non funzionante. Purtroppo non mi sono trovata bene.

Very clean with a full kitchen, breakfast provided and large bedroom. Good location and very close to a bus stop to go into the centre.

No problems except hair dryer was broken and our travel adapter plugs didn’t fit in some of the sockets

I have booked this place at 6pm (12/12/2024) and asked if the late arrival at 10pm is not a problem, she responded via message that there is a key box which allow us for late check-in. Upon arrival we had a problem to find the key box but someone from the appartment pointed us the key box hidden at the entrance gate. We have used the code provided and there was no key. We have rang the owner but she did not spoke any english. With translator we have sent her a message that there is no key. She ignored it and stopped answering our calls. We have called booking customer support but they were not much help, they said that it was written in the property description that checking is only between 5pm to 7pm. At the end we had to book another hotel and pay for it.

The owner was not kind and from the beginning, finding the keys was a trouble.Then the house didn’t have pan for cooking.and the check out time was 10 am which is very weird.I didn’t like the behavior of owner I don’t recommend it

Small room. Bunk beds. Poor light in the room.

She was just a horrible landlord. She lied constantly about the rules. She did not even let us enter the house just 1 hour late than the check-in time. However, we could actually enter the house at anytime because she was not even there to give us the keys, we took the keys at a locked box at the door. She did not let us do that anyways! Check-out time is also meaninglessly early. She told us to leave the keys at the kitchen table at check-out, so we did that. But then we could not leave the apartment door because we still needed the keys to be able to open the main entrance door! So we had to jump over the wall to get outside, and it was super dangerous! The so called breakfast is really a bunch of cheap, expired muffins! Dont stay here!

I liked the location and the fact that the amount I paid was cheaper.

Unfortunately, my room was never cleaned. On arriving there, there was no-one to explain the rules in any detail and since I had no wifi access, I didn't even know how to check-in. I only knew the wifi password on the second day as the other tenants didn't explain as they could hardly speak English. I did communicate with the owner via Whatsapp after receiving the wifi password but I never saw her. It's indicated that there is breakfast but this was not the case but I was fine with it as I didn't pay a lot of money. I just wish there could have been a better less chaotic checkin especially for people who travelled such a long journey. Not all of us know how things work in Italy!

For two nights this is a proper stay. It had a kitchen with a big fridge and was on the more quiet side of Bologna. We got a bunkbed room for the us (3 persons) people and was comfortable It was a clean room with shower.

The bed for the lower bunkbed was made but the upper one had no blanketcover (just some matresscover underneath to use as a “cover”. It was okay for two nights, but there would be no next time. The whole building sometimes would shake and we didn’t know what it was. Also the pots and pans were in need of aluminum sponge cleaning because of the food stains, made over time. There were two clean pans but were not for conductive purposes … and the stove is for conductive use.
