"Nice apartment close to facilities"

Spacious apartment on 2 levels. Big living room. Well furnished kitchen with large fridge. 2 bathrooms with shower. Parking 5' walk away (at the train station). Good opportunities nearby for takeaway (e.g. good pizza), excellent coffee, grocery shopping (large Carrefour nearby open 24h/24h). But most of all Francesco, who is a perfect host and attended to all our queries and needs (including recommending and booking a beach place, recommendations for sightseeing etc.)

No air conditioning in the living room, which can get quite hot when the outside temperature is high.
