"Gute Unterkunft in traumhafter Metropole."

Es handelt sich um ein modernes Apartment in einem Altbau. Die Ausstattung war gut. Die Räume hell und freundlich. Die Lärmschutzfenster hervorragend. Die Klimaanlage (bei über 30° wichtig) effizient. Ein Balkon ging zum Innenhof der Wohnanlage mit ca. 45 Einheiten, die offensichtlich weitgehend von Dauernutzern bewohnt wurden. Man lebte typisch italienisch. Der Weg ins Zentrum mühelos zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Garage für PKW mit 4,80 m sehr knapp, aber okay.

Uns gefällt die Schlüsselübergabe ohne jeden persönlichen Kontakt nicht so gut, aber das dürfte Geschmacksache sein.

Very nice & cozy appartment, nice neighbourhood feeling, friendly neighbours. We felt immediately at home, even only staying for 2 nights. Check-In instructions were easy. Friendly staff. Private parking very close by. Instructions also very easy.

"Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage"

Gemütliche Wohnung mit viel Platz, Lage ruhig aber schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum

Isolierung der Wohnung (auch offenes Treppenhaus) schlecht, trotz Heizung haben wir im April sehr gefroren.
