Tolle Lage mitten in Bologna und das Flair der Wohnung ist sensationell.

Die Baustelle im Hinterhof und für vier Personen ist das Badezimmer etwas zu klein.

"Exceptional"

The apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful old building next to a theater. There was a musical on the night we stayed there, and you could hear it faintly in the courtyard, other than that it's dead quiet. We were in Bologna at the height of a heatwave, but the apartment was bearable with a floor fan. AC would've been nice, but I guess in 99 percent of the year it's not needed. Great host, straight forward check in and out.

Great, prompt communication. Awesome location to old centre & buses. Easy check in directions & access to accommodation. Clean & spacious accommodation. Linen was clean & nice quality. Quiet & private. Great WIFI. Many thanks for a great place in Bologna and for providing the extra service for us when we needed it! So thankful.

The apartment is a delight to stay at in all aspects. Location is perfect, with everything around. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are just around the corner and the main shopping street is a 10 min walk. All amenities are available in the apartment. So much attention to detail has been given. The host(Paolo) was super responsive. Just book this apartment!

"Really different and in keeping with the young feel of this beautiful city- slept really well"

Location was superb - lovely out of the main drag street but close enough to Piazza Maggiore Excellent dining experience at Drogheria della Rosa on via Cartoleria Host was great at answering questions and communication on self checkin - very easy

As no air conditioning in apartment more fans would have been useful on a very hot August stay in Bologna Somewhere to dry clothes would have been nice although the washing machine does have a drying cycle - I guess this is a preference on our part
