Clean, tidy and well appointed Apartment. 5-10 minutes walk from the bus and train station. Clise to Old Town centre.

Very spacious apartment located on the 4th floor with a lift and with views across to the old town, the church and the mountains beyond. Good size bedroom with very comfortable bed. Shower was amazing. Washing machine was much appreciated. Apartment was very well equipped in general.

We did miss not having a lounge to relax on in the evening but can understand that there was no way that this would have fitted into the apartment and the little dining area provided was really cute and nice.

Air conditioner was very noisy. Needed to use it as was hot in Bolzano. Only a portable one in the bedroom and not vented outside.

Private parking, laundry machine, dish washer, basically everything you need is just around the corner!

Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the stay at Guesthouse48: the apartment had heated rooms and floors for the cold weather. My wife really loved having a kitchen with everything available and I liked that it had a clothes washing machine. The location was close to everything including to Bolzano train station. Mario was a very nice and accommodating host. We love South Tyrol and the Guesthouse48 made our stay perfect. Thank you Mario.

It would been nice to have had a floor towel for existing the shower.
