The facilities and location were great. It suited our needs with facilities. Was easy to find with instructions.

Train announcement chime was quite repetitive and loud. We needed to air it out with the windows open at the beginning because it smelt very musty and was a bit damp.

A very beautiful and clean house, there is tea, coffee, cookies ❤️❤️❤️ You can hide on the terrace in the coolness and meet cute turtles. By the way, there was no feeling that you had to climb a lot of steps..

Location was fantastic. We were sent a video of the walk from the beach to the apartment. Less than 5 mins walk from train station and fairly flat with only a few stairs

Nice size and clean. Great base for a couple of days. Could have done with a kettle but using the hob and saucepan was adequate. Near to beach and restaurants and train station

Access to the property. Currently building works going on near the surrounding building so have to go under scaffolding to get to property. Plus you also have to go past owners property and through owners garden to access the property

Had it just been two people staying there, I would have had nothing but praise. It is well placed, beautiful outdoor area, surrounded by lemon trees and other greenery, comfortable, good kitchen, generous bedroom. So if you are two people, do not hesitate. This is very nice, bed and bedding good, nice shower. The price is very high for Italy, but not for Cinque Terre, which is just very expensive.

This place should not accept bookings for three travellers. We were promised a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, which would have been fine. Instead we were presented with a makeshift fold-out bed without a proper mattress (three separate thin cushions, sliding apart constantly instead) in the bedroom! We are a couple and did not want to share a bedroom with my adult son, and this was not what was stated as sleeping arrangement in our booking. The extra bed was miserably uncomfortable, and my son has suffered a bad back from it. So my general comments are based on the fact that we were not comfortable sleeping at all, being three and not two.
