Ca Enrico luxury flat

Overall was great! It's at a great location, walking distance to the beach and all restaurants bars. The unit is very clean and comfortable. A clean and fully functioned kitchen, a small balcony at the kitchen for a cup of coffee in the morning with a great view.

The light right outside the door was broken, it was dark and we almost slipped from the stairs. The weather was still quite hot while our visit, there is no air conditioner in the unit, it is quite warm at the noon time indeed. But overall, we had a really great stay.

Location and facilities

We were asked to give 12 euros tax without prior knowledge. Also the description on booking.com doesn’t match what the owner sent to us. This is probably a booking.com issue. The property needs to have a fan that is less noisy.

Nice and spacious apartment. Clean. Sleeper couch in the lounge was comfortable and spacious. Close to the station and beaches. A bit of an uphill walk to the apartment but manageable. Welcome breeze that comes up in the evenings after a hot day and comes in through the windows. Would stay here again.

Very expensive for what it is. There isn’t air conditioner so you have to open the windows hence it is noisy.

it is a cute little apartment. Stay was very cosy. Amenities were as advertised except for no dishwasher. very close to the beach and to the train station.

it is a pretty steep climb on a narrow street to get to the apartment. it gets hard with luggage to do the hike up.

Great property in a great location, close to the beach and train. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was hospitable and the location was ideal in montorosso. Very close to train station which was convenient. There was a handy grocery store near us which was handy.

It is situated very close to train tracks and at night it can be loud with trains going past.
