Lovely property, old and modern, nice appliances, awesome view!

The property is a bit far and way up from the city center and you have to either walk through “shortcuts” on cobbled roads or take the long way up on the road which is a bit narrow with cars running up and down close to you. If you go by car this is not an issue but if you go on foot with heavy baggages, please take your time and much rest because will take you about 1-2 hour at least to reach from the bus / train station in the city center depending on your fit and age. There are almost no taxys to take you up and i recomment to ask the owner for assistance or take a hike with someone going up with a car. There are some busses also that go up but the timetable is quite short. Also the bed upstairs is a bit hard compared to the one downstairs, but the view from the balcony is very nice!

La vue était splendide, la maison était propre. Nous étions en voiture, il faut monter assez haut dans une rue assez serrée mais la vue en vaut la peine.

Le fait que la personne de contact était très méfiante. L'argent n'était pas prélever par booking automatiquement comme d'habitude. C'était un travail pour nous de penser à lui payer pour que l'argent lui arrive avant notre arrivés. Il lui fallait les passeports mais même avec ça elle n'avait toujours pas une petite confiance. Quand cela fût envoyer,, elle m'a juste dis ok, j'ai dû insister pour qu'elle me donnes le code pour récupérer les clefs sinon elle m'aurait envoyer cela en dernière minutes (sachant que j'avais peur aussi qu'elle ne me les envoies pas après mes 12h de route pour arriver chez elle). Ce n'est pas un comportement d'hôte, ça ne nous fait pas sentir bienvenue.

Ruim apartement met twee ruime kamers, met elk een eigen badkamer. BEstaat uit twee verdiepingen met op balkon op bovenste verdiep een schitterend uitzicht op het meer. Op dit balkon kan je ook rustig aan een tafeltje zitten om te eten, drinken of even te ontspannen. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en heel ontspannen wat ons dan weer een ontspannen gevoel gaf.

Iet of wat ouderwets qua meubels en dergelijke. Grootste nadeel is dat een van de kamers een verdieping hoger ligt. Dit is ideaal wanneer je hier zou logeren met twee koppels maar minder ideaal voor een gezin met kleine kinderen.

المكان جميل والاخت ساعدتنا كثير شقة كاملة ومكان مطل جميل كان المكان بارد لهطول المطر المستمر رغم أنه لايوجد تكيف لكننا شعرنا بالبرد الجميل واستمتعنا كثيرا والمواقف توجد هناك مواقف على بعد 200 متر تقريبا اذا لم تتمكن من الوقوف قريبا من الشقة

Boendet motsvarade förväntningarna. Trevlig värd som möte upp och gick igenom boendet. Fin utsikt över Comosjön från balkongen.

Ligger högt upp - ca 30min promenad för att ta sig upp för berget nere från centrum. Det behöver inte vara negativt men man bör vara medveten om det.

The apartment itself was fantastic and the views from the balcony are worth the price themself. I didn’t have a rental car so was walking to and from the apartment, and it can be quite challenging with steep steps up. Host was so kind and gave us a tour of the apartment when we arrived and left snacks in the fridge and pasta for us! Bellano is a wonderful town to stay in for a few nights to explore the lake, 100% would recommend.

Everything was perfect except for the tough walk up and down the hill to the town.

The house is lovely, cozy spacious and spotlessly clean. We felt at home in this home. It has a unique style. From the terrace there is a view of the lake. We were with friends and the two rooms we had booked were actually two separate apartments. We had independence, at the same time we were together in the common dining room. Thanks to the hosts! I recommend!

We had a little trouble finding the place. We were given clear instructions on how to open the door, but the door itself was hard to find. The place is easy to find with the navigation, but when you're in an unfamiliar place to find your way, it's nice to have more detailed information. For example, a photo of the house from the street. Just a friendly tip. Otherwise everything was perfect.
