Property Notes

Guests must inform the management of their expected arrival time. Please note that all check-in can not be done at the property but has to be done at V.le Diaz 150 presso il B&B Al Solemar. For arrivals after 6:00 PM, a self check-in will be arranged. Alternatively, for guests who prefer a personal check-in, an extra fee of €15 per person per hour of delay will apply. Our reception closes at 6:00 PM. Please note that upon arrival (or a few days before arrival in case of self check-in), guests are required to pay the city tax (€1.50 per person per night for the first 5 nights) and a security deposit of €200, which will be refunded at check-out after the room inspection. Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Vacances"

Chambre correct, aimabilité du proprio correct aussi. Un sentiment mercantile quand même avec des cafés payant, coca cola à 1 € etc. Le parking gratuit, ce n'est pas le parking de la résidence, mais la rue en face. Autour de l'appart rien à faire. Le centre ville est à 30 bonnes minutes à pied. Enfin, le matin à 9h il nous a été expliqué qu'ils ont 10 chambres à nettoyer et quand on aller partir. Voila, on a vu pire, mais pour le même prix vous avez des appart en plein centre ville.

"The way of making bussines?"

Unfortunatelly I've got an awful experience. I got to the hotel about 14:30hs rang the bell many times and no aswer, then I decided to call to them and no-one picked the phone! A helpful neigbour tolld me the owner doesn't live in and then call them back, it was back them 19:00hs! At 19:30 the owners arrived( AFTER FIVE HOURES WAITING) No appologies, no explanation was given to me; when I wanted to explain to them what just happend the lady stopped me and said " i don't speak English or Spanish Mr. the room cost £... in cash" That was all. That was my only day in Cagliari completely ruined..
