Everything. Perfect location for us. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Spacious, super clean, excellent condition, incredible attention to details. Host was warm, welcoming and helpful.

The apartment was very clean, tidy and modern. The facilities were brilliant and exactly what was stated on the website. The communication with Maurizio was so easy and he was a very reliable host. Everything was very efficient and legit. The aircon was a blessing!! There were the necessities that you needed such as milk, toast, cakes, coffee pods and water. Showers were great! Everything was lovely and the stay was easy.

It was at the top of a hill so if you went shopping you have to walk back up! No one’s fault but just to be aware. We were aware of the location and not being close to Perugia but suited our purpose of being there. I couldn’t find any English channels on the TV but this was okay as we didn’t need to watch TV that much.

Although not centrally located, it was not a problem as there was plenty of parking for our car. The apartment was beautifully appointed and provided a coffee machine, milk, bottles of water and all necessary spices. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a washer and dishwasher! We were able to hang our clothes outside. It was a terrific place.
