Vooral later op de avond, meer verkeersdrukte dan je zou verwachten, met bijbehorende geluidsoverlast (vooral van scooters). De keukenvoorzieningen niet optimaal: bv. slechts 1 wijnglas aanwezig, geen theepot of waterkokerl
