The apartment was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location next to piazza Vittorio veneto which is the center of all attractions. The hostess, Emilia, was the sweetest and so cordial and helpful. We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. I definitely recommend it.

We want to recommend about the place extremly comfortable, right in the center of Matera, the location was great, clean and well equiped. On top of it, the owner of the place, Emanuela, was just super, kind, assisted us with all our need , BRAVO!!

Excellent, quiet and sizeable one bedroom apartment, modern with beautiful detailing. Complete small kitchen/lounge and dining spaces and very good bathroom. Elevator to rooms. Our stay was a pleasure. Located right on the main piazza for easy access to wandering the ancient town.

No international TV. Unfortunately, if leaving by bus, the pick-up location is a couple of kms away necessitating a taxi (Euro15), but this was readily arranged by the owner, thank you. Signage for the apartment is lacking other than a small number 9 on an adjacent wall (it's above Albatross Travel).

You must stay here when you visit Materra! Definately will come back here. This will be the best choice if u stay more than 2+ ppl since this is a modern spacious apartment with convenience and great location. Especially friendly and attentive host will always willing to take care of your stay!
