"Very relaxing stay for three days and close enough for a short train ride to Pisa for the day."

Beautiful apartment with the best views of the strip up front and the sea view on back balcony. Elena, Host, met us at the apartment and showed us around and how everything worked. Having a washing machine was amazing as well!

Superb penthouse apartment, fully equipped, clean, with 2 terraces with splendid views of the sea, beach, sunset, mountains, city and its main promenade. Excellent location, with beach, shops, cafes, banks, restaurants, terraces very close by, within walking distance. Our heartful thanks to the wonderful hosts, who greeted us in person, helped with the parking permit and were easily reachable.

"Superb"

Amazing location and the views from the apartment! The host is very friendly and super nice. I would absolutely recommend to stay at least 2-3 nights because the beach and the sea are unforgettable.

Just a heads up for someone traveling with seniors, no elevator so be aware of stairs, but it shouldn’t be an issue.

"Excellent apartment on the beach with great hosts"

It’s a lovely apartment that is well cared for by the owners. The hosts were wonderful, very responsive and helpful to us. We had everything we needed.

The location was a bit noisy with bars on the beach playing music till midnight and neighbors making noise.

"Perfect place to be in Viareggio"

Perfect place and perfect location for a reasonable price. Everything went seamless. Many thanks also for the great support to get the right parking voucher! Outstanding is the fact that you have 2 terraces to choose you place for dinner or breakfast. The kitchen is good equipped as well as you have the opportunity to use the barbecue and the washing machine. Nothing to miss!
