Historic Apartment in centre of city 100m to sea

Had not heard anything from the property until I messaged them on the day of arrival asking how to Access the property. They replied saying there was a “problem” with it, and that they had relocated us to another apartment a few streets away (Not next the sea, abd refused to send photos or any description of this new Accom). When we arrived in the evening to check in .. there was no key left out for this alternate apartment and the property host then advised us there was a “problem” with the second apartment also - which meant we were accomodation-less for that night and the duration of our 4 day stay. The host did not even check up on us the next day to see if we had been able to find alternate Accom. Worst service ever & dangerous considering there were only two other (very expensive) properties available that night showing on booking.com due to it being a public holiday.

Ottima posizione nel centro storico. Molto vicino al mare. Tanta scelta di ristoranti, bar e cibo da asporto. Lenzuola e asciugamani di qualità e puliti Macchina da caffè Nespresso Piano cottura induzione Grande TV smart e Wifi

Materassi troppo morbidi. Mancano lampade vicino ai letti. Appartamento troppo caldo, Servirebbe un climatizzatore. Le scale sono ripide e si batte la testa. Acqua calda non sufficiente per 3 docce di seguito. Pulizia accettabile, ma migliorabiile

Lovely 3 story apt with 2 balconies and a roof top terrace. Just steps from the sea, in a lovely little quiet corridor in the center. The manager of the flat was warm and super accomodating (our plane was delayed). Everything was easy and peaceful. I'll be back next year.

Be aware, the stairway ceilings are VERY low. We fould it cute and fun to crouch down while climbing up but I could see a tall person being quite uncomfortable or bumping their heads. Otherwise, everything is AWESOME!

Incredible location easy walk to heart of old town

As a fit group of young people, I can confirm the stairs are scarily steep almost like a ladder Although not expected, the lack of aircon and functional fan made sleep impossible as the heat was unbearable

Great location, quiet neighbourhood, close to everything, comfortable bed, rooftop. I enjoyed my week living here.

Everything works just about, upstairs sockets don’t work or are falling out, shower time is limited due to hot water supply. I didn’t expect anything luxurious though so it didn’t become a problem to me :)

The apartment is located in historical center, near the promenade, 20 minutes from the bus and the train station. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large refrigerator, an electric oven and an induction hob.

The house is built in the old style, on 3 levels, with narrow and steep stairs, difficult to climb for elderly or corpulent people. It has no central heating, only a small radiator is available. The beds have uncomfortable mattresses. The wifi provided is not functional, "connected without internet", even on mobile data the signal is weak. There is no TV, radio, clock...
