Sunset Alghero

Very central location, close to everything in Alghero! Very clean place. Careful owners, explains everything. We liked our stay there. Apartment is very well equipped, you will fond everything you need or for short or long stay! All recomendations. Wifi is very good.

Sunset apartment fully met our expectation. Position is perfect, couple of minutes from old town and on the other hand easy to access and to exit to travel. Alghero is perfect for ones who would like to explore north west of Sardinia. Radka and Antero are nice hosts. They waited for us and gave us a plenty of useful information. Apartment is very well equipped, as is on the photos. Also very clean. For the one who cares - wifi is very good. Even the parking place was not so hard to find and free of charge, we were in Alghero end of June and beginning of July ... Somehow we felt in this apartment like at home. And definitely value for money is very good. All recommendation. A&A

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! Everything was really comfortable and clean. The area was quiet, but also very close to the center, to the shops, bus station. We communicated very well with the owner. Nice place and for a good price!

The apt. was lovely - comfortable bedrooms with lots of storage space and hangers, very well equipped kitchen, 2 sinks in the bathroom, excellent shower and washing machine if needed. The location was perfect, only 5 min. walk to the old town.

A mirror near a wall socket would have been handy when using the hairdryer and the apt. door key took a bit of fiddling to open.

It was very cold, we used the AC for warming the house. However, this wasn’t enough. Also, there were problems with the water, not enough hot water for two people. We needed to wait hours for the other one to have hot water.

Location, quiet place, amenities of the apartment, kindness and availability of hosts that welcomed us very nicely

Due to energy consumption limits, it was difficult to get a nice temperature in the apartment, so some areas of the place were cold and altered the expected comfort

Our host met us on arrival which was a lovely way to start our trip. He gave us some key local knowledge about where the best places to have dinner, breakfast and grab snacks; about the local market, which was the best beach and more. He went above and beyond to give us information to maximise our stay. A really great host! The apartment was in a relatively quiet residential areas but still very close to the historic centre. Rooms were spacious and 3 balconies is a real bonus. The views of the sunset over the ocean were absolutely grand.

A few things would have made the stay a bit better, such as more towels as we were given a large and small hand towel each which didn't seem like enough for 6 days. They were also a bit thin. Wi-Fi would have been nice too but we managed without it.

Our best stay of nearly 3 weeks in Sardinia. I want to live in this apartment!!
