Po zaplacení rezervace majitel neměl dostupný mobil, na zprávy přes Booking nereagoval a na ubytování se vůbec nedostavil. I přes opětovné reklamace na zákaznické lince Bookingu nemám do dnes vrácené peníze za neposkytnutou službu. Majitel stále nekomunikuje a dál zde nabízí služby, které nejsou zrealizované !!!

"Appartamento bello ma fuori mano."

Appartamento carino e seppur spazi stetti nel corridoio, e scale davvero strane.. tutto sommato molto accurato e massimizzato ogni spazio.

La posizione davvero s omoda ed in zona non tanto bella, anche molto trafficata e fuori mano.

Schneller Support. Wir konnten die Unterkunft nicht finden (sehr kleines Schild) und es kam sofort jemand.

Schwer zu finden, Baddecke sehr niedrig. Kein Klopapier bei Ankunft

Portal del edificio y escalera INACEPTABLES ... Sin Luz electrica, sucio y cochambroso. Comunicación con el anfitrión NULA. Sin atender a mensajes via Booking, llamadas telefonicas, etc. Solo despues de recorrer TRES comercios de la vecindad pudieron localizarle y posteriormente me llamó telefonicamente desde NUMERO PRIVADO para facilitarme numero del cajetin donde se hallaban llaves. Apartamento aceptable pero con dispensadores de jabón vacios, mandos TV sin baterías, etc., en fin CERO atención al cliente

Die Wohnung war schön groß.

Der Check-In war eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe rechtzeitig angegeben, wann ich vor Ort sein werde. Vor Ort war niemand da. Man schickte mir nachts (!) eine email Adresse, worüber ich die Dokumente schicken sollte. Man verweigerte mir den Zutritt vor Ort, wenn ich die Dokumente nicht schicke. Dies macht man nicht 12h vor Abreise! Irgendwann kam dann ein Mann, der uns den Schlüssel in die Hand drückte und keine Anstalten machte, uns die Wohnung zu zeigen. Das nenne ich alles andere als organisiert und gastfreundlich.

That it is close to the airport.

The entry way was really creepy. There was hair in the bathroom, we were booked with the breakfast and we were not given! Above all no toiletries.. The location is really dirty.

Bolo čisto, klimatizované 2 izby.

Majiteľka nereagovala na našu sms o čase nášho príchodu, nezaujímala sa o nas. Nejasne označený apartmán z ulice, nevedeli sme ho nájsť. Deti boli unavené, vyčerpané z cesty, bolo 37 stupňov a my sme sa jej nevedeli dovolať, mala vypnutý telefón, nevedeli sme sa dostať do bytu.

Appartamento pulito e accogliente.

Da rivedere un po' il bagno (sanitari vecchi e rovinati), la cucina poco acessoriata. Posizione caotica, specialmente la notte!
