La sistemazione è stata nel complesso molto piacevole! L'appartamento è un po’ piccolo per quattro persone – per due sarebbe perfetto –ma è ben attrezzato e ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ci sono due televisori, una piccola cucina con macchina del caffè, e le capsule vengono gentilmente offerte dal proprietario.

Va però segnalato che, essendo sulla via principale, l'appartamento può risultare un po’ rumoroso, soprattutto di sera, e le finestre non isolano perfettamente dai suoni esterni.

The studio is really a good choice! We enjoyed our stay so much. Convenient location in the heart of Ischia Porto, next to the beach, on the 1st floor and spotless clean. Bathroom is modernized and the best thing is the balcony: having breakfast or enjoying aperitivo time made our stay perfect. Communication with our host was very good: fast responding, very helpful and clear instruction. He also picked us up from the port - did not expect this! Definitely highly recommended!

As the studio is very central, you hear some noise. Not annoying, but to mention.

Location, in the main street and close to the beach. Nice host, Giovanni, met us at the port. The flat was clean, good wifi and comfortable bed. Everything was perfect.

Everything was great!

- The host Gianni was fantastic. He made communication with me via whatsapp to prepare for our arrival. He collected us for free from the port and drove us straight to the apartment. However the port is close and you could walk if needed; however this meant we did not have to carry our luggage in the heat of the day. On route he gave us lots of information about Ischia. His communication was fantastic throughout the stay; very easy to contact if needed. - Amazing location; literally on the main street. You honestly could not get better. The beach is a couple of minutes away. And restaurants very close. - Clean apartment and well equipped with cooking appliances/ smart TVs/washing machine. And a bonus point for stereo system throughout the apartment; even in the bathroom. -Private balcony great for an evening drink and people watching.

- Because of the fantastic location this does bring some noise of people having fun until around midnight. If you are wanting an early night/ sensitive of noise then bring your earplugs. But we didn't mind. Thankyou so much for a fantastic stay we shall be sure to recommend to our friends.

I loved everything about Boutique House Fio! Gianni the host was so kind and helpful, and started communicating with me right after my booking (which was months before my stay). He met me at the ferry and drove me back to the house and gave me excellent tips about where and what to eat and how to get around Ischia. The room is beautiful (even more than in the pictures) and is clean and very comfortable with lots and lots of storage, seating and a table (as well as a small kitchen and balcony). The location is perfectly in the middle of everything - a short, easy walk to the port and to a supermarket, very close to a lovely beach, close to restaurants and shopping, around the corner from several bus stops, a 15 minute walk to Spiaggia dei Pescatori with its gorgeous view of the Castello Aragonese,, and about a 20 minute walk (or short bus ride) from the Castello itself. There is only 1 short flight of stairs to get to the room.

Being on the main street of the main town in Ischia, there was some noise from people in the street and music from restaurants or events at night, until about midnight. (There is no car noise as it is a pedestrian street). This wasn't a problem for me, as I enjoyed being in the centre of town (and it wasn't rowdy), but someone who wants complete quiet might not get that here.

What a fantastic studio apartment for the two of us. The space was fresh, clean and very well equipped with everything we would need for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable too! We would gladly have stayed longer - we want to come back to Ischia so we would definitely come back to this property. Giovanni was a wonderful host and even kindly picked us up from the port in the pouring rain to take us to the property which was hugely appreciated.
