This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own bed linen or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 10 euro per person, stay. People were friendly and helpful. they friendly collected all the personal details and explained how to reach from the office the apartment in the other village.

To pool gardener was not taking his job serious. foreigner had always to stick the the pool rules but Italians/locals not. He shoutet to my kids even few minutes before the Italian kids played same way around. this is not acceptable.

Nothing to like with the apartment

**** to reply to Agenzia Lampo Staff comments****: I made it cleam on March 25th that I will need to check-in passed 6:00 PM. I was traveling by car from Germany. On the morning of June 7th I called in to reinforce my late arrival. When arriving at Garuda property, I met the property caretaker which at first, we was treating us as we were some thiefs or burglars. We felt very uncomfortable. Giving the lack of cleaningless of the room and the fact that homeless people felt like home on the patio section of the appartment, we felt rather unsafe and unsanitary to use your property and decided to go at a nearby Hotel. You have promissed to refund us half of the amount we've paid. two and a half months later, you have yet to honour your promise. No credit was received thus far. Your caretaker was nothing but a person acting like a private detective. Your agency people tried to brush me off on the Saturday I have visited the agency, only because it was Saturday and was very busy for them. Since I was there to complain about my experience, I was considered less important and was invited to come back another day, whet the Agenzia was't so busy. Very poor experience, of which I will share on all possible platforms I know and talk about with all the poeple I know. Stay away from unit 87. You could find that homeless are getting comfortable in your outside patio, as we did find a couple. To check in after 6 pm is a challenge. The room was very predominantly smelling bad (bug spray). Moth flying inside the unit and kitchen dirty. Pictures on the website are decieving. LAMPO Agency did nothing. We ended up going elsewhere to stay. They refunded us only 50'% from what we pay. Don't book them. Go somewhere else if you can
