Не много не ожидали что будет так шумно)) И да можно было для пляжного отдыха подумать о зонтиках и пляжных полотенцах. Один вопрос мы решили - зонтик мы оставили))

Központi helyen, szép, tágas lakás. Szuper strand csak pár perc séta. A tér a helyi élet központja.

A mikrohullámú sütő hiányzott.

Everything was good

Everything was perfect! Very clean and we had everything that we need . I was with my son toddler so exactly ideal place for holidays! The hosts are very great people! Gave us a lot of advices about everything that we asked. Even explained how to better travel to those places that we needed ! We are lucky that stayed there ! Thank you

Perfect location. Very close to the beach. Right in the middle of the town center. Clean and comfortable.

First of all , about the hospitality of the owners, waiting for us late in the evening, with the house heated. Outside temperatures were not so friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped. Heating equipment and air conditioning are running well. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, big advantage when you have kids. living room big and nice. A big plus is the quality of mattresses. Beds are absolutely comfortable, in my opinion. Location is just perfect: in the center of Lavinio, 100m from the sea side, on top of a lovely supermarket, “Superette alimentari”, stuffed with everything you might wish or need for breakfast and dinner, but not only, on top of a nice coffee shop; vis-a-vis is a fruits and vegetables store. The owners recommended also some restaurants in the area, not to mention they saved our lives by guiding us to a local restaurant, probably the only open by that late hour. Thank you! I would definitely recommend for meat “Agriturismo Valle Maggio”, great in beef and for fish “Zero Miglia” in Nettuno or “La Bottega Del Buongustaio” in Lavinio.

One of the bedrooms, on the side of the square, was a bit noisy. I suggest to check a bit the sealing gasket or closing system.
