Tolle Lage, wenige Gehminuten zu Mercato di Ballaró, Kathedrale, Cuatro canti, und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ruhig. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, modern, sauber und funktionell. Problemlose Einweisung per Whatsapp durch den Vermieter, der uns auch viele Tipps bezüglich Restaurants gegeben hat.

Die Wohnung liegt nicht gerade an einer Prachtstrasse. Die Stiege ist mit grösserem Gepäck schwer zu begehen. Kein „Blick auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit“, wie beschrieben. Wenig Tageslicht.

Snídaně dobré vzhledem k tipu ubytování. Skvělá lokalita. Starobylé centrum. Všechny památky krásně dostupné pěšky z ubytování.

Nenapadá mě nic, Vše bylo nad moje očekávání.

Znakomita lokalizacja w samym sercu Palermo. Wszystkie atrakcje warto zwiedzenia w odległości spaceru. Super kontakt z Gospodarzem, który zawsze bardzo pomocny. Wskazał nam co warto zobaczyć a także w których restauracjach warto zjeść i jakie potrawy. Nawet pomógł nam zorganizować transport na lotnisko 👍😁❤️ Na miejscu ekspres do kawy, toster, mikrofalówka; komplet naczyń i garnków - żeby przygotować posiłek samodzielnie - choć wokół tyle możliwości skosztowania lokalnych smakołyków że mimo wszystko warto wyjść

Excellent location in the centre of the city, secure and comfortable. Well equipped and well-presented. Host very attentive and shared restaurant recommendations. Good variety of breakfast items provided.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, à 5 min à pied de la rue la plus animée de Palerme. Pratique pour se restaurer et flâner. Giu est un hote tres réactif et tres sympathique qui nous a donné ses recommandations, réservé un restaurant, fait livrer des fruits et œufs qui nous manquaient au petit déjeuner. Petit plus très appréciable, encore merci.

L'absence de luminosité de l'appartement du à l'étroitesse des ruelles du centre historique de Palerme. La douche qui ne fonctionnait pas bien, a priori très entartrée...

Muy desorganizado todo, y con mucha suspicacia por parte de su representante.

La descripción en la página enviada por Booking, indica un dpto SUPERIOR, y en nada coincide con la fotografía indicada. El dueño o su representante, se interesó exclusivamente en cobrar su precio y alego tener problemas con el cobro vía Booking; por lo que pasó un link para cobrar de otra manera. Este último no funcionaba y pese a tentar utilizarse con 2 tarjetas crédito (visa y amex) las rebotaba. Lo que obligó a utilizar el pago con una tarjeta wize. La caja de seguridad, para guardar valores no funcionaba. En la mañana del 2do. día de estada obligo a reclamar 4 juegos de toallas de baño SECAS y limpias. El representante alego haberse equivocado lo que genera suspicacias en su accionar y llaman a desconfiar de todo. Las habitaciones estaban bien y nada extraordinaria, de calificar las sería denominación "mediocres". Consecuentemente su precio y descripción indicadas por Booking no son veraces. En definitiva NO tengo intenciones de generar conflictos pero si contar MI realidad. Vine con mí familia a disfrutar y NO tener que digitar códigos de caja de seguridad y NO tener que reclamar toallas secas al día siguiente. Rodolfo J.L.

The apartments were lovely — tidy, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and there were enough bathrooms for our group (two in the first apartment and one spacious bathroom in the second). The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, yet the street itself is surprisingly quiet considering it’s right in the city centre. The host was excellent — always available, very polite, fair, and genuinely helpful. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would warmly recommend him.

The only aspect that was slightly less convenient was that two guests needed to use the sofa bed, which proved less comfortable for older travellers. Otherwise, the apartment fully met and even exceeded our expectations.
