De ruimte, het uitzicht, ondergrondse privé parkeerplaats + extra garagebox, de nodige faciliteiten en lift.

Had iets meer uitleg gehad over de hottub bv hoe watertemperatuur hoger kan.

Posizione ottima per arrivare in centro città. Parcheggio auto perfetto. La vista spettacolare. Tutto vicino e comodo. Vado spesso ad Arco. Se ne avrò necessità di un appartamento di sicuro ci ritorno.

Il sistema di riscaldamento poco funzionale e con un blocco impostato sulla temperatura. Ho trovato la casa fredda e non ho avuto la possibilità di aumentare la temperatura.
