The apartment is located outside of Palermo which is nice, especially when traveling to places to the West of Sicily, including the famous Mandello beach. The apartment had a terrace with a marvellous view on the sea and the mountain, and a balcony on the other side facing the sea and Palermo. It also had a free parking with a dedicated spot and with a fence, so it was very safe to leave there the rented car. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was very convenient. The apartment overall is very spacious and clean. The host met us to hand over the keys and gave some hints on places to visit and nearby restaurants.

It's a minor thing and rather an advice for other travellers - when making the booking make sure you choose not only the number of people but also the number of rooms. We didn't pay attention to the latter and were offered one room for the two of us upon arrival although we expected to have the full apartment with separate bedrooms for each of us. Luckily, the host was flexible and the issue was easily resolved, each of us got a private bedroom. We had to pay extra but the amount corresponded with what we'd have to pay during the booking process if we chose the right number of rooms.

Great view, big rooms

Great location of the apartment, view of the sea and mountains, 5 minutes walk to the beach, near the bus stop - 15 minutes to the center. Francis was very helpful, he also offers a transfer from and to the airport. Great holiday in Palermo.

This is a lovely apartment, very spacious, lovely terrace with amazing views. Location is great with bakery and pizzeria downstairs. Easy access to city and large supermarket. These apartments are occupied by local families, friendly people and a charming environment. I loved people watching from the terrace, the sunrise, bakery/coffee shop chairs being set out at 6am and local residents sitting and chatting.

Be aware, while there are buses in direction of Mondello beach, but on Sundays the frequency is hourly rather than every 30mins. Sunday timings not reliable on Google maps. Flat is on 7th floor so may not suit those afraid of heights.

Away from the town, with buses outside the door. Fabulous view and well stocked kitchen. it was great to have some condiments and spices when we felt like cooking at home.

The sea view was amazing. The apartment was very comfy and clean, and Giovanni was very attentive. All recommends.

Lovely apartment, amazing sea view from both sides. Apartment was very comfortable, spacious, secure and very clean and had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic. It has your everyday essentials on your doorstep like a mini Market, pharmacy, plus good restaurants. Also a beautiful quiet beach just across the street. The bus stop outside takes you straight into Palmero or Mondello directions where you can get connecting buses. Would recommend this apartments to anyone looking a long or short stay.
