The place is in the old city centre with shops,bars & restaurants within a very short walking distance.The host was very welcoming and offerred advice on places to see and what to do.

Great location. Very basic and old worldly. Great host who met us on his bike and as him to follow him with our car so we could park our of the zone area. Host was very knowledgeable about the area and showed us on the map the best places to go and see and where to eat. Even made us little sandwiches the next day to take with us. A lovely touch.

Bed was very firm.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment, including a table and chairs outside. Very convenient location. Exceptionally welcoming hosts, going out of their way to offer advice and to help me appreciate the town and its attractions. This really enhanced my experience of Mazara del Vallo.

First you are greeted by Angelo on his bike and lead to the parking space, before he hoists your suitcase on his bike and escorts you to the flat. Luciana then greets you with some refreshments and a detailed history of the city and also gives excellent tips. We had probably the best pizza in Italy, based on her suggestion. The place was large and well furnished. Like an apartment. It is in the center and all parts are walkable. It was like visiting a favorite aunt and uncle.

The only possible drawback is that many stairs were involved to get to the flat. If you have problems with steps (which would be fatal in Sicily) tell them Beforehand.

We really appreciated how welcoming and hospitable the hosts were. Thank you Luciana for the most interesting facts about the city and its history and thank you Angelo for recommending us the amazing places to have dinner and breakfast! The property is centrally located in a quiet street in the old town of Mazara.
