The unit was great. Lots of room, great kitchen.

Just a note lots of stairs but we knew that from the start.

The apartment was stunning, well laid out and a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. It had every modern convenience you could need for your stay. The balcony to the rear was nice to relax on. The apartment was spotless and very well kept. The location was excellent to explore Bologna from.

The location was really good and central.

The facilities were already worn out. The bathrooms felt like they weren't properly cleaned for awhile now. The lights didn't work in different rooms. Overall the apartment looked as it wasn't maintained well over the years.

Il soggiorno è stato molto breve. Abbiamo avuto un problema serio, ma la proprietaria si è attivata subito ed è stata molto corretta ed onesta. Appartamento molto carino, ampio, con servizi ben dotati, bella cucina e bel soggiorno.

Forse l'unico aspetto che va precisato, se per caso vi fossero clienti con qualche problema di deambulazione, è la posizione dell'appartamento. Le scale sono un pò strette e non mi risulti vi sia ascensore. Magari era scritto e io non l'ho visto. Per il resto, molto accogliente e soprattutto la proprietaria è stata veramente corretta e di parola!

The location was good. The apartment was very clean and plenty of room for a family of 4 adults.

The apartment has serious electrical issues. We arrived on a very hot day and you couldn't have all the air con units on as it would trip the power. The units that were on were not cold or effective. Then you cannot have the washing machine on whilst more than 2 air con units are on. And the washing machine and dryer cannot be on at the same time either. Plus at least 5 times during the stay we lost ALL power as the circuit board was tripped. Sometimes this was whilst we were out and the washing machine would not finish. These issues caused us being uncomfortable and not able to have air con and a washing machine which were the primary reasons for renting this apartment.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms are inadequate. In hot summer weather it is quite uncomfortable.
