We had a fabulous time. The location is great with access to a private beach and the view from the balcony is stunning.

The access road is very steep. We were ok with the hills and steps but if you struggle walking, you may need to consider the suitability.

Der Balkon und die Aussicht war der Wahnsinn. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Leider waren die liegen kaputt, so daß wir diese nicht mit zum Strand nehmen konnten.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z Michele (zarzadzajacy). Super instrukcje dotyczące przyjazdu, warunków itp. Apartament bardzo komfortowy, w pełni wyposażony. Czysto. Widok z okna i tarasu bezcenny. Ogromną chęć powrotu.

Wiedzieliśmy o konieczności schodzenia po wielu schodach, więc to subiektywny minus. Zwłaszcza na plażę. Jeśli chcesz zabrać swój sprzęt musisz sie liczyć z jego przenoszeniem. Wąskie prsejscie do plaży i nie uruchomiłem swojego SUP. Trzeba być tego świadomym.

The whole Residenza Bellavista is a lovely place with several apartments, each accessible from the outside. We received very accurate check in information from Michele, the host, via WhatsApp. Getting there was easy. The apartment was really amazing, very modern and fully equipped with all you need and even more. A bottle of prosecco was provided as a free gift in the fridge. We enjoeyd at the terrace with a stunning lake view directly towards the sunset.

It's about 50 steps down from the parking lot; and obviously up back, which is not very pleasant with heavy luggage. However, it pays off well, the apartment is really exceptional.

Michele was very helpful and enquired regularly during our stay. The terrace and table are big enough for our family of 5 to easily sit and have meals while enjoying the great lake view and sunsets. We also enjoyed the playroom with table tennis (we had taken our rackets along) and table football and the direct and safe access to the private beach via the tunnel under road.

Exiting the residence by car requires good care given the limited view and continuous traffic on the main road. But this is just common to any place built by the main road all around the lake and definitely compensated by the beautiful view. The bed in the parent's bedroom is a bit short for taller people (1.90m).

The apartment has 2 small, but sufficient bedrooms and one large living area with kitchen. In the kitchen you can find everything, what you need for your stay, including salt, oil, sugar, coffee, etc...The apartment has a big terrace with beautiful view over the lake. We stayed 2 nights in the end of the October, so we didn't try a private beach, which belongs to the apartment. Michele (the host) is superhelpful to answer all your questions. Complimentary bottle of wine was nice surprise. Parking is near the apartment, the steps from and to parking are not a big issue. We definitely recommend this place.

The whole appartment has a stunning view of the lake. Michele was very friendly and helpful.

General attention to finer details was neglected. I.e. lighting, ironing board etc.
